1. Request an appointment for a site inspection (property owner or power of attorney)
- Home owner estimates not involved in a real estate transaction.
- Formal real estate foundation inspection with drawing and written report.
2. Determine what, if any, services are needed. (See Warnings, Causes, and Maintenance)
3. Discuss findings from the site visit with our owner/estimator
4. Ask questions as needed. (See FAQs)
5. Have a plumber perform a static leak test, if required.
6. Return completed contract to schedule a start date for work to be performed.
7. Complete the pre-installation check list provided

8. Begin repairs! Every home is unique. However, on average, completion takes 5-7 days.
- Prepare job site, carefully displacing landscaping.
- Manually excavate at pier locations, which is limited to size of piers.
- Detail the foundation beam at each pier location for a smooth saddle-to-beam fit.
- Steel saddles are bolded into the foundation beam.
- Hydraulic jacks are placed over each steel saddle.
- Steel tubing is hydraulically driven to bed rock or equal load bearing strata.
- Holes are filled.
- Concrete is replaced and troweled.
- Dirt is smoothed and banked against foundation.
- Mortar is filled as needed.
- Completion inspection is performed.
- Job-site cleanup and restoration is completed.
9. Ensure all documentation is complete, request survey and review.
